The questions everyone asks first.

What counts as a small update?
Changing a price, adding a promotion, swapping a photo, correcting your opening hours: free, as often as you like, for as long as you are with us. Something bigger, like a new section or online booking, is quoted separately and always agreed with you before anyone starts.
How long does it take?
Your free preview arrives a few days after you send the request. Once you approve it, the finished website is usually online in about two weeks.
What language will my website be in?
Any language you need: French, English, German, Portuguese, Luxembourgish. One language, or several with a switch like the one at the top of this page. We build for the customers you actually have.
What if I don't like the preview?
You tell us, and that is the end of it. The preview costs you nothing, you owe nothing, and nobody calls you again.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
The monthly fee is what keeps your website online: it covers the hosting, the domain name and the updates. If you stop, the site goes offline at the end of the month you have paid for. Your own texts, photos and business details remain yours to use anywhere, and there is no notice period or exit fee.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Tell us your name, your trade and how to reach you, and we do the rest. Photos or a Facebook page help but are not required. Calls are in English for now; everything in writing works in French too.
